Under his leadership, MDH Partners borrowed $2.4 billion across term debt, construction loans, and subscription facilities.
Prior to his success at MDH Partners, Arun spent years at MetLife focused on commercial mortgages. He led the Southeast loan portfolio, overseeing the origination and management of an $8.5 billion dollar portfolio. His previous leadership at MetLife includes being a voting global investment committee member, overseeing all credit and underwriting of a $60 billion dollar portfolio and annual loan originations of $15 billion.
